We are a Mendoza-based company dedicated to crafting premium alfajores and confectionery products. Our production process is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. We preserve quality and the warmth of handcrafted methods while combining them with the most advanced manufacturing techniques. We offer a wide variety of flavors (Classic, Fruity, Innovative, Trilogy, and Puff Pastry).
Our alfajores have been awarded at the National Alfajor Festival in La Falda, Córdoba. For two consecutive years, our alfajor was chosen as “The most delicious chocolate alfajor in the country” — in 2017, the dark chocolate alfajor filled with dulce de leche flavored with rum, and in 2018, our classic chocolate alfajor filled with dulce de leche. In 2021, our chocolate alfajor filled with orange won first place as “The best fruit alfajor in the country.”
We currently have 17 franchises in Mendoza, 1 in Neuquén, and 1 in Chile, with 60% of them offering specialty coffee service.
